This train shows REGRET/CKWL 1 between BPL and BBS. But once tatkal booking opened today it started showing availability. Why?this is normal i think..before tatkal opens it shows like this...confirm please from others too
Now availability in SL has increased to 7.
Now increased to 19. What is happening?Is it because CK quota seats are being booked from earlier stations upto BPL leading to freeing up of seats?

If that is the case, it a technological and logical triumph by CRIS. This system should be followed all over.
I once travelled from Canacona to Tellicheryy by Tatkal by Gandhidham-Nagerkoil train. The same seat was given from Panvel to Madgaon by PRS
And if another guy wants a CK from Kannur.,Calicut or even Cochin for that matter further down, then they (system) should be able to allocate it as soon as your tkt was booked. If that happens, that is something very good and can be termed as proper resource management and utilization.

I Had booked 3 Tickets in 12483 from PNVL Yesterday they show me Avbl 6 at 10:01 then i again checked at 10:20 then they show me Avbl 40.
So where a Train Starts from Origin Station if there is Less Occupancy of Berths then they arranged that in RL Stations.

The main page of Valsad-Puri SF exp says "Train will run till Jan 10 (subject too further announcements)". But in IRCTC website, train bookings are still available post-Jan 10th. Kindly comment.

When I put train no. 22909 of Valsad-Puri SF Exp in "train" section at the top and click "timetable", I go to home page instead of going to timetable page of the train. Why is that so?
