this train runs from shoranur...most probably,it ran from palakkad and now extended to shoranur...they could have extended it to thrissur and a lot of passengers from guruvayur could be benefitted as well...

yes not oly that...most of them trvl frm trisur city itself....
its more than 90min ride by road from thrissur to shoranur...but the good thing is roads are very nice in kerala plus bus/car almost drops you at platform...so close to the road are the platforms...

might be due to some platform problems at cbe too-or so that this enters only after nilgiri leaves

I enquired my neighbour who is staff in charge at PTJ information center, Said that all these trains are marked as "T" in their chart which means "through". It wont stop at PTJ. He said he never saw these trains stopped at PTJ
