Many trains do have pantries for a 3-4 hour run.
Deccan and CSTM-PUNE Shatabdi can be some examples.

Today i cam by this train.It was inugaral run.Coach was fitted with ICF Rajdhani.There was no PC.so first time i use travel khana in this train.train reach Deli Sarai Rohilla by 3:30 hrs late.
at least Pc should provide in this train...

This route will always remain busy you put any number of trains.
Jammu needs much more trains from Delhi, trains are excessively waitlisted even in Off-Peak Seasons plus on Weekdays too. The Duronto should be made daily & an AC Express or Shatabdi should be introduced.

Train is very much worth travelling in, only thing is that being a special it might be late at times, but trains on this sector usually run on time, so you can go ahead with the journey...
