Although this train's rake contains an AC 3-Tier coach, bookings for the same is never allowed (Always shows as 'NOT AVAILABLE'). Any particular reason for this?
Are you sure this has a 3AC? May be our site has got it wrong. This a a day time Intercity express not requiring a 3ac.
Yes it has. Atleast they have shown it on irctc as well as indianrail.gov.in. They wont accept bookings though!Ignore IR .They has tons of wrong facts in their system. But usually for a 6hr day time journey 3AC is not used.

if the train is cancelled, the ticket will be automatically cancelled once irctc receives confirmation of the same from railways... plz contact irctc customer care if you want it cancelled

Yes, u r correct. And it had an orange liveried coach.
Had seen the train last in 2007 and the AC coaches were orange liveried.
