U can go to nearest PRS centre and give application for BP change... BP change has to be done 24 Hrs. prior to dep. of the train originating station AND NOT PASSENGER STARTING STATION...

Nothing just go to gorakpur in the morning and catch the train.(I think Railways will allow change of station boarding since PRS opens at 08:00 am and change of station should be done before 6:45 am,since it is just 1 hr 15 mins and reservation counter is not open at 6:45 am)
