Its a spl layout like ooty hill train...
That's absolutely correct. Also as can be clearly seen 1,3,4,6,7,9,10,12,13,15 are window seats. All seats are reversible in both directions. Near the door is a small seat for the coach attendant.
Every coach of Shivalik Deluxe Express as same layout. They booked the seat as CC. Written in coach body as Deluxe 1st Class. I saw it as Chair Car without AC.
