It will be better if 17016 Visakha Exp and 18310 Nagawali Exp swap their originating destinations
Eg: 17016 Visakha Exp can start from SBP and since SBP - VZM is not electrified and need not change its direction/loco and can be diverted Via DVD instead of VSKP.
Similarly 18310 can start from BBS and it has only 18 coaches .. it can be augmented to 24 coaches and its speed is more and halts are than Visakha ; Since BBS is capital city it deserves that status ;
Also 18510 can also be extended to BBS ;
Can continue diesel link till vskp from sc... Why to change electric from rjy to vskp.
Even if there is change or no change of loco there must be crew change.
Generally for the trains taking in bvrt route from bza crew duty isnfrom bza to rjy or cct
So alon withcrew change they are doing loco change also.
From rjy the loco is controlled and alloted bybSR shed previously I.e either ajj or rpm till bbs, present pos I am not aware of.

Because of pushkaram they are not doing any loco change at RJY so upto 25th all trains which have loco change at RJY will run with diesel link upto VSKP.

I observed some peculiar thing with VISAKHA Express(17015) that, there is no Premium Tatkal quota for this train i.e on wards.
but it is there for return train i.e 17016.
It shows the ECoR agreed that there is no demand for this train from Bhubaneswar.
hence i propose for change of this train to start from Visakhaptnam (VSKP) or from Palasa (PSA) or from Ichapuram(IPM).
Ideally it should start from Palasa instead of BBS. And it used to start from there earlier. Also there is a need of an ICE from Palasa as well to Kakinada via Visakhapatnam.
if train starts from PSA,there would be 5 other mandal people in SKLM would suffer maily from IPM/SPT; if anybody shows love on SKLM they should start trains from IPM and not from PSA/VSKP; else better start from BBS only
Come on brother. Palasa has some space for maintenance of train I guess. So it is convenient to start from there. We need to consider these factors.
Brother we are unable come out of the vicious circle for many years as a result so much is lost for more than 12 yrs.Now it is the right time to think wisely or else get sandwiched there.

it is just an observation nothing like spill venom on ECoR,. if VISAKHA is mainly for SKLM/VZM people then why should it start from BBS? why not propose for entire quota for SKLM/VZM?
having stoppages at small stations like Ponduru/kotabommali/tilaru is not at all useful without quota of births. it should start from IPM/PSA/SKLM to best serve for public of SKLM/VZM.
The adjoining and fakue groups know much about ground reality and politicians excl some are puupets in thier hands,so better stay there and reap the benefits.

the CC of this train freq changes in AC 3 tier,SL and gen coaches
Depends upon the demand the coaches will be added and removed
Some times they remove SL and add extra AC,some times they remove AC and add gen coach...some times gen coach removed and SL,AC coach is added.
I guess this news post says - "on permanent basis".
admins update is not done i guess,and none has noticed recent composition too
but in SCR the Minor CC of some trains change on daily basis and on week ends due to some spl demand and influences.
I hope, some one will update the CC now.
