As this train was came 2.5 hrs late from WR itself and after Bhigwan there is single diesel track. So off course controller has given priority to on time running trains like Dadar - Chennai, Husdainsagar, Mumbai - Latur etc. Need at least 12 sleepers for this great long running train.
Sir, education ? Gulbarga has 4 universities in City 1) Central university of Karnataka, 2)Gulbarga University, 3) VTU Regional University, 4) Sharanabasava Private University(U/C) and 6 engineering colleges in city and 4 medical colleges in city and Gulbarga doesnt depend on Education and jobs on solapur but infact its vice verse I hardly see any KA people going to other sates for education but other states people come to KA... In hospital i agree sir but things are changing, And Solapur depends on Gulbarga district for revenue of railways ... I do not have any issue with Solapur city sir i love it but when it comes to railways Gulbarga doesnt get what it needs... when smaller stations like yadgir,... more...
tadpatri, raichur etc get stops why cant CR/SUR allow a bare 2 minutes stop in Gulbarga ? Note: I am not against any city.... by SUR i mean officials of SUR div and CR not people of SUR
I don't think Home Zone will take the headache of deciding the stops in other zones. If a train from JAT - CAPE need to be introduced then the home zone will die deciding the TT. A guy sitting in CSTM will feel difficult to understand the congestion in MAS to introduce a train. If home zone decides the entire route then they would prefer a fastest train connection. First it starts with originating(home zone will decide) and destination station(destination zone decides) slots. Then the intermediate stations TT will be fixed by respective zones. The home zone knows only the "Time entering in to that particular zone and Time out in that particular zone".

boss this train will dep from mas in 2-3 hrs preimary maintence should be in adi only also slot must be check in all section whether its clashing with other trains slots in b/n adi-mas most imp will mas accept it daily since dep time from mas is in peak hrs if run daily
Good data sir... when this train stop in small stations like yadgir, raichur, mantralayam, tadpatri etc... whats wrong in giving stop in gulbarga... yeh zulm bahut din se chal raha hai gulbarga ke saat... pata nahi kab CR se gulbarga bahar niklega ... Ya Alla!
