My 1st preference for Calcutta - Amritsar Route would be Durgiana Express that too with Pantry/Buffet Car and 2nd Choice would be the Howrah - Amritsar Mail. It seems that IR and ER have forgotten or are neglecting this route's trains :'(
I agree but your poll only shows that many ER Railfans like me want 12357 to be the 1st train on Howrah - Ludhiana (ASR/JAT) Route to be LHBfied. The Amritsar Mail can be 2nd and Himgiri Exp as the 3rd train. Let's see what ER decides for the trains of this route :)
In Refrence to a update which was confirmed by DRM SDAH that soon 12330 WB SKr Will be LHBfied, we can say that it's RSA counterpart, 12380 Jallianawala Bagh Exp could be also LHBfied. So, there is a fair chances of 12380 to be RED
This train is the elder sister of Durgiana Express that runs via Patna but here also the Pantry Car is absent. The question is not about Food ordering Apps since all passengers don't have or like keeping smartphones. Other things like serving on-board tea/cold drinks, etc. from the hands of Pantry Staff is only possible through a PC. When passengers need tea at 6 AM then Pantry Staff can come to the rescue and not some Food App, especially when there is a Non-Stop Lucknow - Bareilly/Moradabad Run. Your snaps are too good :)

I am not sure if DOS was introduced later or simply from Day 1 of this train's launch. IR may have thought of giving DOS to the Ranchi Rajdhani via Gaya since people and politicians were demanding it as a stoppage for ER Rajdhanis. Dehri-On-Sone serves as the entry corridor for the Rohtas District Head Quarters near Sasaram + It has a Cement Plant. It is a booming township in the district so trains like the Poorva Exp via Gaya, Kalka Mail, Kolkata-Jammu Express, Doon Exp, Jodhpur Express, Lal Kuan Express etc are not enough to fill it's appetite... now latest demands are Durgiana Exp and many Rajdhani Trains ;-D
It's high time more and more MEMUs/DEMUs are brought into action. If all stations start demanding for a stoppage citing N number of reasons for the importance, it would lead to chaos and most importantly, reduce the scope for speeding up.
From anand vihar kathgodam shatabdi.. rampur and lalkuan should be removed there are mostly 2 or 3 booking from both of these stations in every trip up and down both ways. And what is need of halting shatabdi 4 times in 100 km run between kgm and mb. Means a halt every 20 km on an average.
