Presently, two pairs of train services viz. 16125/16126 Chennai Egmore- Jodhpur Express (weekly) and 16863/16864 Bhagat Ki Kothi- Mannargudi Express (weekly) connect Jodhpur to Chennai.

Unfortunately I have to disagree with the statement "YPR yard maintains all trains clean" and also "SWR is far better than SR and SCR in running trains to north"
I don't see any originating train at ypr which is maintained better
in SWR only sbc and ubl are better

SCR has to beg from NWR only to get train to Tpty from Rajasthan,due to lack of pit line facilities at Tpty to accommodate more trains.......In mean time it should not go to MAS by showing RU as alternate station to Tpty and MAS termination will advantage more people connecting 2 cities.

I don't think MAS-JP will be given halt at OGL, as it already has unwanted halts like Katol etc.

Yes i too had the letters and the replies also how many times MP's from ongole requested to give halt to MAS-JP,CBE-JP,MS-JU,MYS-HWH(it used to stop when it was spl),YPR-Muzaffarpur,PDY-NDLS,MDU-DDN few more.
May be you are mis leaded by saying "we will look into this matter or committee will decide" but the reply is dif in case of Rajastan trains.
Some how for time being we have to satisfy with Manargudi-BGKT and BKN AC exp connecting OGL with JP/JU and Rajastan.
Lets wait one ajmeer train give connection to both ABR and AII will happen soon.

For inf 32 halts mas- JP mas ,NLR,bza, WL,ngp,bpq,bpl after this rem stns Ogl revenue is more 2014 ,15 crores pax revenue.Don't know about et,bzu,ujjain

Here Rajasthan pax in Ogl city surrounding(20kms) r almost 5000-1000 paxs,halt pending demand since 8 -10 years
Yes there is a demand for train to rajasthan especially ABR from Prakasham dist.only these 2 places were not connecter ABR and AII,let me know if any ther station needs genuine connection.
And the people who majorly travel and look for tkts is Rajastanees in these trains.
I m not comparing OGL and KTl, I just said that unwanted halts like Katol shud be removed.......

I am going to Gummidipundi by this train. as this does not stop there what is convenient option ; to go upto chennai or get down at gudur
Chennai will be better as that will offer you more options of trains to Gummidipundi as compared to Gudur wherefrom number of trains is limited. But you will have to go to Chennai Central to avail EMU services .
There are no passenger trains/MEMUs available for the next few hours after your train's arrival at Gudur. So you have to go until Egmore, catch local to Park station, cross the road and catch suburban train from Moore Market Complex to go to Gummidipoondi.
You also have another and better option. Get down at egmore, get a ticket to Gummidipoondi at Egmore itself and board Circar express. Time and energy will be saved. All depends on the On time arrival of Jodhpur exp.
16.55 is egmore time for this train and 17.20 is circar departure so 25 mins if former reaches on time. hope it could happen because some time is required to buy ticket. Thanks for information , have a nice time
