What happened to you is completely unacceptable! You should lodge complaint and ask for compensation.
What TTE told about maintenance is true though! MAQ crew does a good job of cleaning. But as you know, your MAS MAQ Mail had come from mangalore as West Coast Express. This is/was prone to human littering from 21:55 hours on previous night to 15:15 on the day of your journey and obviously MAS people don't bother cleaning it as the rake is not in their jurisdiction.

MAS maintains the train very worse. Even important trains like Cheran , Navjeevan , Coromandel , HWH mail are nt maintained properly. The above mentioned trains does nt even go the BBQ yard ..

Pathetic State you need not stand after having a confirmed ticket..What you should have done is pulled the chain first,you had every right to do it...

Coro & HWH mail PM @ HWH not @ MAS...so no need to take them to pitline @ MAS..only Secondary Maintenance is done @ MAS..

please dont call it as a maintenance . They re not even cleaning or sweeping the floor in sleeper class . only AC is maintained well.

agree..that is really a pathetic situation...

The rake itself doesn't go to yard as heard,Coro comes in at around 17:15/17:30 and rake stays there till departure as Mail at 23:40.So,can understand what sort of maintenance is being done.

For me the same thing happen, horrible.... i took the photograph and put a email complaint with photo attachment. No response yet... Attaching those photos.

This doesn't have a loco change at ED.. You must be talking about Westcoast...

There are 4 rakes ! Difficult to say which one you'll get, but don't worry, maintenance has improved for trains based at MAQ. Happy Journey :)

What is F1, D is it a coupe and which birth is it

1st class Non AC. F is the cabin. Seat/berth would be known @ charting.

i dono it late at JTJ but MAS means its ok punchual to some extent.

45 mintues of buffer will be touch and go, but i believe you can get it comfortably..

May I know F1, D is which birth

and chart has been prepared it says F1 is 8th position fro the Loco means the cc is wrong in our Site

Hi,
I have booked my tickets in FC, when it was Avaialblity 13. What is the chance of getting Coupe? Or do i have to do anything to get the coupe?

Generally runs on time with max +15minutes delay.

mostly reaches on time.. at around 5.40am.
