The Tatkal Bookers would be mostly all Bangalore bound,if you see that its under PQWL and is PQWL 24 latest.From LTT to Hosur-CBE stretch falls under GNWL quota and getting tickets CNF for that stretch is easy as compared to SBC bound passengers...Else can do one thing book till HSRA and get down at SBC if you don't want to invest in Tatkal...

Yes sir... Everytime, I am seeing several clever passengers who books their tickets upto HSRA and get down at SBC, since beyond SBC stretch one easily gets available tickets in this particular train. There is no doubt that upto SBC, getting tickets in this train is little uncertain. I usually travels between LTT and ED, so my statement is based on that scenario. Sorry for missing that fact.

Great job I travel to Mantralayam by this train often and get down mostly at 01:15 to 01:30, so I would be awake by 24:00 hrs and I have seen many RPF on rounds at those wee hours, and many times I have had chats with them before getting down, SALUTE to the jawans !!!

This is the train in which I am spending my last six years journey between LTT to ED and back. Often I end up with routine passengers with whom I have already traveled and all the catering, care taker persons are well known to me. This train has good quality of food, on-board cleaning, TTE round up everything is above par. Now great to see the RPF guts and their swift actions. Salute you sir. Sir, better you board the train at BNC while train is coming from HSRA. No troubles. Because, the train stops either side while crossing BNC. HSRA and SBC have different quota schemes and it might caused difficulties..
