If gaziabad shed is having too much WAP-5,7 why not they transfer to ther shed like MGS,HWH,etc.so that trains like HWH-CST duranto can run with WAP-5 and WAP-7.

I think that Ghaziabad Loco shed is allotting WAP-7/7s to trains at random. It's about time that HWH should get P-5s just like it has got a P-7 and MGS should also get such 3 - Phase locos. Please do private post me photos of Calcutta(KOAA/SDAH/HWH) trains with P-5s entering into Moradabad from Lucknow Side in future :-D

WAP-5/7s have been running between Amritsar & New Delhi since that route's electrification in 2003. WAM/P-4s have also been running from Amritsar to Saharanpur via Ambala - Jagadhri since 1997 & have now reached at Moradabad since 2011.

Thanks. No this one is running on moradabad amritsar stretch. Even trains like ASR HWH Punjab mail have a WAP 4/5 attached behind the regular diesel link that is used only on MB-ASR stretch.
