I think that other IRI Members from Calcutta or Dehradun may answer this question. You can also ask Bibek Sir as he has traveled in Kumbh Exp from HWH to HW :-)

AJ** ji if you look at the TT of Doon Exp you can see this train have almost 40 mts Halt @ Haridwar....Actually few coaches of Doon Exp are detached @ Najibabad Jn which run till Kotdwara...Few more coaches are detached @ Haridwar & rest of the coaches goes till DDN...This practice is being followed from 87+ years...since the inception of Doon Exp...because of shortage of Pit Line in Dehradoon..rest of the coaches are maintained @ HW.Kumbh doesnt have any RSA with Doon but you can see Kumbh has an RSA with Upasana which run till DDN with only 14 coaches...Reason is again Short Pit Line.BTW,as you've noticed please update the latest CC of 13009/10.As its very confusing

Yes that's correct.even I have traveled in this coach from LKO till Najibabad.They detach this coach and attach it to Mussoorie Express.

This is a very useful info which can clear the RSA Concept between Kumbh Exp, Upasana Exp & Doon Exp ... :-)

great DODO Ji....all these HWH based trains have very confusing CC...While leaving Doon departs from PF#8 which can accomodate 22 coaches but arrival is not guranted...but this has a few slip coaches towards Kotdwara too...
