if someone wants to get a feel if 1950's India, board this train. I think this train can be awarded the slowest train in the world award. Once got an opportunity to board in the sleeper class from kanpur to lucknow, surprised to see that none of the bathroom has latches to close the door. Feel pity on the whole system running the railways, poor b@st@*ds busy in corruption.
Railways is only interested in making money and not providing facilities..

So there are two issues:
1 Slow speed
2 Poor maintenance.

I booked ticket in Farrak express for AC 2 on 6th of november for 6th december train. I got W/L4. Its still W/L 4. will it get conforimed?

RIght now even after almost one month its still w/l 4. will it get confirmed. how many AC-2 coaches are there? this is my first journey with htis train.
just one 2ac coach. a bit slow train but still nice if you intend to travel upto lucknow. will enter rac...might also confirm...if you wish drop your pnr in our pnr forum to get more predictions...

i have travelled some 5 10 times from end to end...delhi to malda...in both directions...
Normaly 2A shall move forward very slowly because total available seats are meager.
But will it get confirmed eventually?
