It sure won't be of SCR for visakha,ECoR would have proposed and then SCR would have accepted it...Others being ECoR trains started from VSKP just for sake of providing connectivity then extended to BBS Ex:Prashanti & VSKP-MAS Weekly..

yes. i had suggested this long back..train runs half empty. will connect vskp-dhn with a faster TT. This can be made bi-weekly as 3 trips cant be done with the single rake if it gets extended if at all to vskp.

NO. Further extension is not possible. I think this is the best possible option for this Garib Rath. It will give many needed connection like-
*Visakhapatnam-Ranchi/Bokaro/Dhanbad-13351/52 is slow plus crowded throughout the year.
*Ranchi-Brahmapur-No train between Ranchi and this coastal region.
Plus, this will save this train from getting extended upto PURI which is not required but has strong chances.

I do not think freight trains have fixed time tables which are considered for making TT for a new train. If this would be the case then I can imagine how much time it will take to make TT of all new trains.

VSKP is under ECoR jurisdiction and this train is not a very important train for them. Less cared about train. Now I do not know about BBS-VSKP cold war.
Extend it to Patna from other end.....

Single rake but maintenance should not be an issue as after arriving at VSKP on Thursday it will depart next day on Friday, this time is ample for maintenance I think as many trains do not get enough maintenance time.

But one day maintenance is not enough,other days also hardly any time to do maintenance hardly three hours at end terminating station could cause serious problems for travelling if not maintained well...

No. I have no plan of sending this to ECoR. I have just proposed this one and do not know whether sending it to ECoR will will useful or not as I have never contacted ECoR in past.
Great suggestion sir.....this extended journey will be very helpful for the passengers of DHN,BKSC,RNC.
It is not cold war as it is from one side only. ECoR will try to prevent any action or idea which benefits VSKP. So there is a hater and a taker. VSKP is the taker.. you know the rest

Let it start from Dhanbad @ 09 am so that it touches, Cuttack & BBS the same night and VSKP in early morning say around 6 am....

This is a train introduced in 2007 and after extension to Dhanabad there is no improvement in its occupancy.How long they will experiment with this empty trains.Ecor will run the train empty rather extend to Vizag.Even if such proposal comes they will stall it using their influence at Board level.
DHN need another train for south so better extend at least up to MAS.
with this schedule who will do the primary maintenance.
If you see for all shatabdi which end on late night mostly have 5-6 hours for maintenance at their base,which is not the case for TT proposed by you.Also you can see train shaving RSA do have around 6-7 hours for maintenance.
Thats what One day maintenance for the train in a week will make it pathetic to run..TT can be implemented only if it has 2 rakes.
Or else it should be run for 2 days to give sufficient maintenance.
Its already tri-weekly whether reducing the frequency will be done or not is the question else with this TT proposed single rake maintenance is a big issue.
That is a secondary thing but primarily whether it will be extended to Vizag, transfer the rake to other zone or it will run empty for some more time.
Extending to VSKP is big question due to the present seen reluctance but the not the other way around...Why transfer of rake its already a ECoR zone rake???
They might take away an important train, if they extend this useless train( for them). We dont want such thing to happen again. Already we lost 2 daily trains and a weekly train(Chennai) and got nothing but the useless Hirakud Exp in return.
VSKP got some good train also.

Thank you for liking my proposal and your comments. After discussing the revised TT with extension, I found that there was no maintenance time for this rake at both terminals. So, I have made a new TT for DHN-VSKP. This TT will give 5 hours maintenance time at VSKP. Please comment.

This train should be extended up to VSKP for better revenue collection .....
Shortly it will be extended to Puri to avoid extension to VSKP instead of better revenue collection.
Many options are available between Puri and Dhanbad ..... It will be wise if extended up to VSKP ......
No, it should be up to Secundrabad..
Ecor will not loose this rake by extending to SC,even it doesn't want to give it to VSKP>that's why they take it to Puri in spite of many options available from Puri.
Its better to stop the train service rather fight for stations where it can be extended.
It's impossible to stop a Ecor train.

Atleast if Not to KCVL then to Mumbai as Biweekly as Mumbai Yeswantpur Garibrath Via Hubli-Solapur-Pune Since only Best Train from Mumbai to Bangalore was Snatched away by PDY and TEN

I can understand if around 100 tickets are available before a few days of the journey date like in the case of Lucknow - Bhopal Garib Rath but when the figure is close to mid 800s then that truly something to be worried about.I hope the figures drastically reduce by the time it's close to the journey date but the figures for Sasaram - Anand Vihar is so outt of the picture.
