The availability for this class or quota shows as 14 while my wait list is 8.

this happns wen WL ticket holders board SL coach..

It has started happening in AC also but it's quite little. WL Passengers are stashed together near Main Gate Area in AC Coach & some sit beside a passenger during day time in Side Lower Berth (My experience in 2nd AC of 12357 Exp) ........ ;-p
This happens.And even the authorities can't/don't do anything about it.
this type of scene is almost found in all north east going trains particularly from south India like ghy-sbc express

yeah, this is regular with this train. poor maintainance enroute.
Very worst condition of coach n toilets pls make some arrangement to clean toilets
