All LHB rakes are CBC rakes only. But even in regular ICF coaches, some SL coaches have additional space at one end of the coach, which is mostly left empty, with just one seat beside the door. In some cases, a single LB is provided. These are usually for for the on board staff. Such coaches are quite common.
Bhai mai bhi janta hu only one seat near the door jo ki staff ke liye hota hai but Lower, middle, upper, and one side lower and in addition means 72 +3+1 these 3+1 seats are covered with the shield however that staff seat not covered which I have seen in many Mail/Express trains.
To bhai BSK ko aisa coach kyo diya gaya hai jo ki maine kisi aur train ne nahi dekha hai ek extra seat ho to bol sakte hai ki wo staff ke liye hai but yaha par 3+1 hai phir wo shield se cover hai phir door hai agar pic liye hoge to upload kar dijiye.
These seats are for On Boarding House keeping Staff(OBHS), it's number varies from train to train. In some, you find only one lower berth seat but in some trains Lower, middle and upper all are there. During heavy rush, OBHS illegally sell these seats to WL Passengers in BSK to earn some extra.
But these seats has serial number after 72 since there is no numberibg if there is only one side lower birth OBHS also available in 15030 PUNE-GKP Express but such seats I haven't seen only wrtten This train has OBHS facility on the window just after the door with welded rectangular plate.
Don't Know about the Bihar Sampark Kranti Express but New Delhi Naharlagun AC super fast Express got Electric Locomotive. And yesterday Locomotive change doesn't takes place at Lucknow Junction. So... more...
For Bhagalpur it won't be possibe because Bhagalpur comes in the direct route of Patna Via Allahabad Mugalsarai. But for Katihar may be possible all is possible when Railway Ministry have to look on it.... more...
This trains goes via Lucknow Chhapra Samastipur And the electrification of Barauni Katihar is in under progress I'd watched the electrification work this section has pole as well as wire above the tracks but some work has to be done in Katihar Junction. If this job is done may be it would be extend upto Katihar Junction
hahahaha................... simple logic hai agar flood ka effect jada rehta to hajipur siwan par train nahi chalti,train chal rahi hai iska matlab juction safe hai par junction se bahar kuch area me paani ho sakta hai.to marning ka wait karo station pe uske baad bahar jaana,nahi to raat ke andhere me kisi gaddhe me gir gaye to life jacket kaam aayega.

electricfication work has been done from Basti to Gorakhpur and this route is waiting for approval from CRS. So therefore entire route has been electrified. And this train hauled by the diesel locomotive it will leads to the wastage of the fuel. And that fuel can use in usefull things. We've electricity as a other form of energy which flows in OHE wire line. Once that route gets approval from CRS. Instead of hauling by diesel locomotive electric locomotive should gets commissioned to this train.
