Ph:+919422054065Finally this train along with Amritsar kochuveli, chandigad-kochuveli n some other trains r likely to face agitation in konkan region in near future. These train do not halt between MAO n PNVL(514 kms) for passengers. They halt at RN for tech. Halt only. n chiplun to fill water. With this long pending demand thounds of objections r submitted to local adminitrain. If the trains r NT taking halt at RN n CHI then they will not allowed to stop here for water..this is the main demand of the people from chiplun as we'll as RN
Since there is already a tech stop, it can be converted to commercial stop without time loss. Again number of compartments can be increased in order to accommodate more passengers. But IMHO, it is better to spare Sampark Kranti from this move.

Only 5 - SL Coaches and 1 - 3A for such a long distance train??? Seriously!!!You gotta be having a laugh.Just saw this and i must say,this train should have atleast 6 more SL Class coaches and 2 more 3A Class ones and that's being very minimalistic but come what may....this train needs more reserved coaches.
True. Adding 5 more Sl and 1 3A is almost equivalent to a new train in this case.

In the RB 2012-13 announced 12217 Kerala Sampar Kranti into Bi weekly, present running as weekly only. it this service will change into Thursday, then RB, can easily convert Kerala SR into Bi weekly, by using present slot
Then what to do with KCVL-LLT GR thats on Thursday
change the 12217 into porbandar slot is the best option
