How come???
It depart much after Mandore. Only this happen, if Mandore depart after Mail, then definitely, the overtake will happen!!

in down direction from jaipur to delhi side mandore departs after haridhwar mail...

Well if both are running on time then no overtake, overtake will happen only in case Mail is running late...

I dont think even then Mandore gonna overtake Mail, as it need to be some 2 hours late running!!
Rajasthan Sampark Kranti mostly closely follow Mail, but never overtake it!

if the condition arrives that mail is running late and mandore is on time then according to train prestige will haridwar mail be stopped to allow mandore to go ahead or mandore will run behind mail upto delhi????

Will Trail behind Mail!!

It again depends on how much late is the mail running....If it is between 1-2 hrs mostly mandore will trail...otherwise if the mail is running very very late (>3hrs)...well than Mandore may be given preference so as to maintain its schedule....
(PS: Though many a times it totaly depends on the section controller...it may give preference to late running train)

If mail is running above 3 hrs late, it already will arrive JP after Mandore & hence no overtake but will run much much behind Mandore!!

It is always very well maintained

apart from engine! the rake were very well maintained and clean from inside. :)

Traveled in 19106 on 8th feb 2013 from DLI to ADI in sleeper coach. My coach was really old with broken panel on the roof. I had an upper berth to sleep. The cold wind was gushing through it and i had to shiver for the entire night despite having a blanket. Who has given it ISO 9001:2008 Certificate?

well in my coach everything was fine and its best, Catering service was awesome, liked the Tea very much, i think your experience is not good and yes some train got ISO certification but it not stand for it.

if 19106 is ISO train then 19143 / 19144 Lokshakti Express will be also ISO as both are sharing rake now. See /blog/post/700791

not sure abt this train, but many a times coach composition changes even after having rsa...some coaches may be attached/detached/replaced...
