since more luggae take auto/ taxi sir 5 km only 10-15 mins . and if u go on 20/21 feb bharat bandh u wont find any auto/ taxi or even buses are all in strike

I think both....
Travelled in Mewar plenty of times,observed that in normal conditions (no fog),it is very puntual....
