Only 20% passengers are full ? All passengers run full but they wont get filled up unlike SF. All SCR passengers are successful AFAIK. If CK quota is there and not utilized, obviously they will be released to gnwl only. At least, there will be some chance to book before journey.

I already posted a snap shot of some passenger train from Zonal time table. Also said all VSKP originating, including with this train stops at SCMN. SCMN is a halt station, there is no station building there. So no arrival and dep timings available. Its just 1.5-2 km away from SCM. So from SCM all trains take max 3-4 min to reach this station.
