IRI shows that 13111-slip Lal Quila Express goes up to Giridih. But indianrail.gov.in shows that its final destination is Maheshmunda, the station previous to Giridih. Here is screenshot of the page of indianrail.gov.in where it is shown that the slip route is up to Maheshmunda.

Shall run till MMD from 1st Dec 2011-31st Jan 2012.
but ticket availability is being shown upto giridih...why so? it must say station not in isl...or station deleted...reservations on and train is cancelled from mmd to grd?
train is never cancelled between mahesmunda-giridih it runs to and from giridih only on daily basis.only two coaches runs with madhupur- giridih passenger after detachment from lal qila express @ MDP.

this slip train has only two coaches 1-ac3tier , 1-sleeper which bifurcates and amalgamates at madhupur then it is attached detached to 311/320 giridih madhupur passenger

a train Leaving from either Giridih or Madhupur is an immense need for the passengers of here to go to Howrah in the morning Via Cod Line.
An express train is an immediate need for the passengers of giridih to go to howrah in the morning as it will help both the passengers of giridih and madhupur to go to howrah.This request has been a very long and old request from the passengers of both the places so we would be ever gateful if our request is fulfilled this time.if this train is given then the train should leave from giridih at 5AM amd reabh Howrah by 10 AM to 10.30 AM

yes and the timings of howrah should be in the evening.the train should leave from howrah between 5 PM to 5.40 PM and reach giridih latest gy 10.15 PM.The train should run via Cod line with less stoppages after Asansol and it should run atleast 6 days a week i.e Mon to Sat.
Giridih should get an express train in this year's Railway Budget immediately to go to Howrah and this train should run with 20 to 22 Coaches like agniveena and coalfield express because people of giridih, madhupur and chittaranjan are wanting this for a long time.Rampurhat has 3 trains to go to howrah and 3 trains to go to sealdah.All these trains leave from Rampurhat and go to kolkata's two big station.if Giridih, madhupur and Chittaranjan passenger gets one train with 22 coaches all these 3 above said places passengers would be beneffited very very much.The train should leave early in the morning at about 5 AM to 5.15 AM from Giridih and reach Howrah by 10 AM to 10.15 AM.If the train runs in the morning, time then only the problem gets solved because the people of both these 3 places can return back in this train in the evening.
One train named as Kolkata - Chittranjan Fast Passenger is still to be launched from the previous year's rail budget . May be that train can help Jharkand people bound for Kolkata City as it should be a Fast Passenger . It will stop @ BWN , DGR , ASN , Barachak , Sitarampur and Rupnarayanpur Stns enroute in both directions . Please refer to ER July , 2010 Updated Time Table for further details . Thanks .
