It never says that the VSKp P-4's are the regular link of this train.
I have seen it numerous times very recently with VSKP WAM-4,TATA WAM-4 as well.

but in the video it is showing that this train is getting hauled by WAP4 VSKP.
It was hauled on 19th feb 2013 and the VideoGrapher never said that it is hauled regularly by VSKP P-4.
