Nice one, but I think the info is bit incorrect. As its not running upto Runnisaidpur. There is another passenger announced from Mfp to Smi via Runnisaidpur. Presently a passenger train starts from Smi and comes upto Runnisaidpur and returns back to Smi in the evening. The train never comes to Mfp as the work for signals and stations is going on in that section.

If the info is correct, then its taking the route via Dbg-Smi-Rvsd to Mfp. Because I don't feel that the train is running in Mfp-Rvsd section. I just read in Mfp DJ a few days before that Gen Manages in his visit to Mfp on 8th of this month took the details of the work in progress and told to get the work done as quickly as possible,,

I dont know details but this train was on the same route as ininfo by ak garg**

Main yehi to janna chahta tha.. Kyoki mai 15 ko Mfp se aya hu. Tab tak aisi koi information nahi thai. Main ek do bar cricket khelne Smi bhi gaya tha aur raste me main ek passenger train ko subah ke karib 10 baje Smi se Runnisaidpur ki taraf aate hue dekha aur returning me karib shaam ko paanch baje usi train ko return hote hue dekha. Train bahut dheere chal rahi thi..

It was running from where to where before extension. I think its the matter of just 50 kms between the two stations..

No WDS loco in SPJ/SEE division so no question of such loco.
WDM2/2A are used and homed at SPJ Loco shed.

Did u see WDS-4 or WDS-6??? they are also known as Shunter's!! they have max 80kph.

M unable to post the pic (dunno what happened again). anyways, WDM-2A JUMBO's have their breeds looking similar. WDS-4 n WDS-6. u might have seen either a WDM-2A or else a WDS-6.

This color also resembles.I think this engine could have been there.

Again No WDS in SPJ/SEE,and WDS are not used for train operations atleast in Bihar.
In ECR WDS6 of 1400hp are homed and have max speed 62.5kmph only.
