The Coaches are Shining from Outside,but Seats & Floors are inundated with Water

From outside the coaches are shining,but inside is fill with water & mud.The Seats are filled with water.The water droplets which are coming directly from the Train Roof is filling all throughout the floors.Passengers,who have recently bought the newspapers,are busy using it as a tissue paper instead of having a look on the Headlines.Anyhow,I could just manage a seat with the Side Bag in the lap.But where would you keep the heavy luggage?Are u planning to keep it in the bunk?But...

thats not possible,because thats also filled with water.So,having no other option,a Medical Representative of a famous Pharmaceutical Company had to hold his heavy luggage in his laps & thus had to suffer from New Jalpaiguri to New Mal Jn.Not only him,but most of the passengers of the New Jalpaiguri Alipurduar Jn Passenger Train has to travel with similar kind of experience.But this train is not just the exception,even the Passengers of New Jalpaiguri Haldibari Passenger have similar experience.They have to travel like this for several months in the monsoon.The situation is more worse for them,who will board the train from the subsequent Stoppages of New Jalpaiguri.
It had been raining cats n dogs ever since Sunday.Even it was drizzling Monday Morning also.But as rain seemed to be sieze down as the day progressed,even though there were no relief for the daily commuters.The Passenger train for Alipurduar Jn leaves at its scheduled time from New Jalpaiguri.As the train gets placed in Platform No. 5 in NJP,the passengers have to rush for managing a seat.But they could not control their anger as they boarded the train,as all the coaches are inundated in water.Initially they thought that the water may have logged into because of the customary cleaning of the Entire train,while its kept in the Pit Line.But it was not so,as if cleaning would have been done,the almond peels,Masala Muri etc would not been scaterred here & there in the floors.The commuters have to face this distressed condition for these few months in the Monsoon.Same is the condition of the Intercity Exp bound for Dooars.Though the Daily Commuters are used to the situation,but passengers who're travelling once/twice monthly/yearly could not control their emotions.They're asking questions regarding Passenger Amenities in Railways.According to Hemanth Dubey,due to minor reshuffling of the fare structure,Mamata Banerjee forced the then Rly Minister to drop down from Cabinet Ministry,but there is no one to care about the basic passenger amenities in the trains of North East Frontier Rly.Who've travelled for the first time in the monsoon,bought Newspapers for leissure,but could not concentrate on the news,as according to them,The News Papers have only survived them for wiping out the water.Daily Commuters are used to the situation,so without worrying too much,they concentrated on to manage their seats.Those who haven't purchased the NewsPapers,had to use their handkerchiefs to make some way for their seating arrangement.As the seats get cleaned on,so the passengers who will be boarding the train from the other locations dont have to worry about the water in their seat,but they have to manage with the filthy floors.
Regarding the inconvenience caused to the passengers,The Chief Public Relations Officer of North East Frontier Rly,Mr Situ Singh Hajong replied that,The Water may have entered the coach in the night when the Window Panes & the Doors of the coaches were remained open.Why these kind of things are happening & to prevent these things in future,he'll inform the matter to the Divisional Railway Office,Katihar.But if we believe a few sources from Rly itself,the water in the coach are not entering because of the open windows,but the roofs have developed cracks & the water droplets are entering from there itself.
