This train hardly reaches Hwh within one hour of SCHD arrival.

also earlier the scheduled arrival time at HWH was 7:25, now from 2012-13 TT the new arrival time is 8:00. still the situation is pathetic

IR should apply there brain in increasing the track between cheoki and MGS and also increasing number of platforms at MGS.
also recently i was reading dainik jagran dhanbad edition, the passengers of ASN-GMO EMU did hungama at dhanbad railway station when EMU was stopped for long time at Dhanbad.
similar things needed to be done at Mirzapur, chunar by passenger of 12312 to improve the pathetic behaviour of NCR controller. they need wake-up call.

distance restriction means this train is having 480km restriction in sleeper class so your journey distance must be more than 480km then only u can get ticket in sleeper class also in 1ac/2ac/3ac it has 160km restriction so if u are going in AC class your journey distance must be more than 160km .
u can go dhanbad to kalka no problem at all
