The EMU is probably being taken to Annanur workshop for POH ( As the blogger mentioned). Tondiarpet diesel loco shed is also within a sort distance from there ( Both are suburbs of Chennai). Probably being taken back to home shed for repairs/maintenance and attached to the EMU as both have to go to the same place.
This must have been on the way for POH to Annanur EMU workshop.
