Kashi vishwanath is always jam packed , travelled 2 months earlier,my AC coach was at the end just before GS.The crowd was so much that I had to forcefully make my may through them to get into my coach and later on saw people hanging from GS coaches.

Yes I agree with you. Its is good train for day travelers upto BE or Hardoi or even LKO and best for Pratapgarh or Amethi or Rai Bareilly but you have to really SUFFER; if your SAFAR is end to end.

5 hrs delay is unacceptable for any train!
and this is a regular train, that too which runs for just about 18 hours. many plan onward journeys by this train. railways cant hide behind by such lame excuses of holi specials, summer specials, loco failures, etc. if i charge for a service, i must assure, i provide it.

yep... sir... Agreed.... 5 hours is too Ridiculous.... But even in Konkan Railway, many trains get unreasonably delayed when specials are introduced....
The worst can be said is KR is a single line while BSB - NDLS is not....
I think however rules for 100% refund were made solely for this purpose....
