Can anyone tell why Krishna Express is getting delayed last two days. Starting from Tirupati, by the time it is reaching BZA, it is about 4 hours late. I am travelling from TPTY to VSKP, with TPTY to BZA by Krishna express and BZA to VSKP by Janmabhoomi on 1/5/2013. What do you think, will Krishna express reach BZA on time on May 1st?

Running late by more than 3 hours, KZJ twins led by 14701 WDG-3A approaching main line of CVB with mad honking....I think every train they are giving twins in this route. What use is twins for this train.
True...this is bit tiny rake and not only this except ajanta other trains struggle to touch 20 coach number also...
PS: I heard there is a ghat section after Mudkhed towards Adilabad which demands more power....

I feel the one badly in need of twins is Devagiri than all others...
I feel that some other train @ Adilabad or somewhere needs a loco and SC supplies it to n fro with some train and then brings to SC(MLY/KZJ) etc.
Its not ghat but a bit hilly but much lesser than the gradients of BN GNT route closer to Nalgonda.
You can see the steep in height in TT's of MAS SF or Falaknama etc.

Between, twin loco trains here are Ajanta, Krishna, Hyderabad-Ajmer exp.
Amaravathi-Tirupathi used to run with twins and has gone down to one now...

May be to Nanded or what which falls in SCR limits itself...

Ashok ji stays pretty near to station..So, kind of become a usual routine i guess for him :)

Except the stretch from Adilabad to Secunderabad, it travles in day time to Tirupathi and acts as an express train for the enroute people so 2S coaches are given.
sc-tpty people use 2s more since it travels in day time for adilabad people they got 2 sl coahes but that also they dont use it
people use this train..but the problem is da distance between adilabad and secunderabad..bus route is 300 while tran route is 492 km
Is it better to reserve tickets in 2S class from SC to Raigir or will people with general tickets occupy your seats?

I m bit of tensed for janmbhoomi as its nt directly going to bza. Its having reversal at tenali.

Go for GNT ICE its best i feel also no need to worry you have two hours buffer...GNT ICE reaches BZA at 1:30 PM where as Coromandel departure is at 3:25 PM so should not be problem.Also the ICE runs mostly on time you can have lunch at BZA station and can carry on further on Coromandel...
