Permission of additional stoppage of trains at Dhandari Kalan Railway Station.
In reference to the above, it is hereby intimated that due to the construction work is going on at LDH station PF no. 1, it is the requested for additional stoppage for Trains at Dhandari Kalan station to avoid overcrowding at Ludhiana station from 05.04.2024 to 05.06.2024. As Line no. 01 handed over to the construction department for Re-development of LDH station. During the Summer session rush to avoid any kind of mishap it is necessary to give some more additional...

IRCTC isnt fetching BV as booking station for 11123. Agreed.

I have traveled in 11124, it's reverse version, from BV - GWL. Locals do travel on UR tickets in this train[11123] but if you are talking about whether physically [from the rail counter] reserved tickets are available; I'll need to go and check.
I noticed similar case as of your BV.
PFM and URPR are not available on IRCTC for 11107/08.

See 15008 as well. It used to stop at BV too before Covid and being the only direct connection to Varanasi, used to see quite some patronage. But they removed the stoppage after it and instead, now it stops at stations like "Sihapar Halt" which is well, a halt station with literally no facilities. I assume IR did it to artificially boost the amount of time this train takes to read GKP since LJN-GKP is honestly, not a night journey anymore via main line. Even ICE does it in 6 hrs.
