Now it has 3 sl coaches...S-3 is also attached to it....now it's cc has 3sl,7 gen and 2 slr total=12 coaches

Yes you are right but adequacy of time at Bilaspur Station has to be checked as to the differecnce between arrival and departure times there or else timings need to be chaged.
But, the Train could either be run between Rewa and Allahabad as you have rightly said it has more than 12 hrs of halt there.

Thats a genuine demand. Lot of people travel between the two places and the only train available is mere fast passenger and that too with just 2 reserved compartments.

its a passenger train meant for short distance travel. Ticket cost is low so u should not expect a high standard.
