General tickets will be given priority

In tatkal quota, waitlisted passengers get more priority over normal waitlisted passengers but it will depend on the number of seats in that quota

Tatkal quota W/L will be confirmed only against Tatkal cancellation. General W/L has nothing to do with it. What i mean is there is no priority to Tatkal against General. Both have different W/L and separate data set.

Well i guess Tatkal W/L tickets are sold because Govt gets a huge revenue with this amount as well.
If your Tatkal W/L ticket is booked online then it will be cancelled automatically just before its charting (if not confirmed)
If Tatkal W/L ticket is booked from Counter then atleast you can board the train (still depends on TTE)
**some law abiding citizen cancel their Tatkal confirmed ticket (i too have done 2-3 times, ofcourse it hurt)
If train will be leaving at 07:55 Hrs then charting will be done approximately between 2000 Hrs - 2200 Hrs (previous night). Usually charting is done before 3 hrs of departure.

Chart is prepared any time after 8PM for Trains leaving for next day morning.

It runs twice a week, so with out an additional rake this cannot be done, may be if a week had 9 days , it could have been effected.

RSA is not changing trouser to shirt combination dear. It involves many things. All we need is a new train from MAS to cstm. If they wanted to start, they can even try with ltt ers drnt rake also.

How will NFR Zone accept for it to run its train in CR & SR zone for their purpose exclusively???

Why not Duronto rake can be used for AC Express???For Example SC-LTT Duronto rake was used for SC-LTT AC Spl & also YPR-DEE Duronto will have RSA with YPR-KCVL AC Express.

i heard LTT-NZM gonna get LHB coaches...Bt 12171 runs of old ICF coaches of TVC rajdhani....so its not gonna be possible

Thanks for youer info. If Chennai Bikaner AC Exp is given in LHB, then it can be used for Chennai Delhi AC Exp in the day which Chennai Raj doesn't run. The rakes should be given to SR. So this chance will happen in near future.
