No. 26 years ago, it was not SBC ERS SF.
It was SBC CBE SF. Got extended to ERS later.
Used to go to CBE and return by night.

A good ICE connection SBC CBE was lost with extension to ERS. It was a prestigious train with delicious food in pantry car when it had RSA with Kovai.

I have spotted the train few times and saw a few vlogs.

It desperately needs another AC coach as it is the fastest daily connection from Kerala to Bangalore and there is a huge demand for it

Interestingly, all the intercity trains under TVC division has only 1 AC Chair Car in it.
