Great news to hear finally train no 22603/604 kharagpur-villupuram-kharagpur expresses will be converted from weekly-biweekly,from april 10th train no 22604 vm-kgp exp will be increased from weekly-biweekly at VM also from 12th april at kharagpur train no 22603 will be increased from weekly-biweekly... a fruitful news for all passenegers between villupuram-katpadi line.............

It may be good if the train extend upto hwh or Src , only 116 km , takes only 1 hr 30 min.
Ya but seems not getting more demand. Atleast they should increase the quota for VSKP. There are many takers from RU to VSKP for this train.
Even you can get confirmed ticket for next journey very easily. Its just 3 days away.

Upto Patna is difficult with present rakes available. There are already many trains to South from Patna.

Its been more than a decade BKSC is asking for extension of HWH bound trains from DHN , new trains for Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Ahmedabad but nothing happened. People have stopped demanding now because they are tired. Only local political parties become active before rail budget. This will not change the fate.

People are paying 3x of railway fare for volvo bus services They are even ready to pay for flights if started. But IR is not showing any interest.
