Jabalpur is not showing as a commercial stoppage in TT kindly confirm

As indicated, this train is the same as 12563. But that train has pantry car while it is not shown here with this train?? If the rack is same then why is PC missing??
Though Pantry Car is there in this train but it is non operational
would like to know why stoppage at Zafarabad was cancelled.... as Zafarabad was preferred choice for alighting for many passengers living in eastern part of jaunpur city.
