The train from Patna reaches Dumka but does not extend to Rampurhat. But the Mourakshi First Pressenger and Sealdah Rampurhat MEMU trains have been extended from Rampurhat to Jharkhand. Although Rampurhat is the highest revenue-generating station in this region, there is no dedicated train from Patna/Delhi to Rampurhat, except for the state capital, Kolkata.

13015/16 & 13045/46 1stly is Rampurhat centric trains. Suggestions given:- Both trains must be diverted permanently via HB Chord & must be speeded up.
He wants to divert this trains via the chord line based on poll results of some random FB rail group.

13015/16 का टाइम टेबल ऐसा होना चाहिए कि एक ही रेक से JMP से सुबह जाए औररात 10.30 तक JMP लॉट आये।
How you came to all these conclusions? Mayurakshi has been running for a long time via Bandel and has decent patronage. If you want to take chord to Rampurhat then there is Saraighat which leaves around 4 pm. Mayurakshi cannot be diverted via HB chord because after Saraighat line is cleared for 12301 and 12313 followed by coalfield. The reverse line is used to sideline EMUs and freights for overtake by the Raj gang. So apart from patronage, what you're suggesting is not operationally feasible.
