If a person boards Janshatabdi express with general ticket despite having hundreds of vacant seat, it is compulsory for the TTE to charge 300 Rs (250 Rs Penalty + 50 Rs reservation expense for 2S)? Can anyone have any clear idea about it, if yes kindly reply.
Right bro! About 20 km stretch between RJN & DGG have speed restriction of around 50kmph due to ghat at Salekasa-Darekasa, but rest of track is fairly straight and level Trains running at 105-110kmph can cover remaining section (245 kms of Durg-NGP sections) in around 3 hrs at an avg speed of almost 90kmph, if given through and through green signal. But this seldom happens today due to obstruction caused by a large number of freight trains operating on the route. Even the HWH-MGS 130kmph route have its slower/ hilly patches like Gurpa-Gajhandi section where even HWH Raj too slows down to restricted speed, so it is not a big problem. high speed (160kmph), it looks like the frequent mega blocks being taken in the NSP-Durg section are meant for speed upgradationworks also along with other improvements/ maintenance works. With NGP-SC also identified for Semi High speed upgradation, we can expect 130/160kmph trains on BSP-NGP-SC route in future.

Railway enthusiasts from every nook and corner of India along with the IR news/ information is the USP of IRI, which makes it different from plain IR news reading in news papers/ other sources. Koi particular number hai, par usually 200 se zyada ho toh aerodynamics ka bahut farak padta hai. Tab tak, aerodynamic shape thoda difference deta hai, lekin zyada nahi. Mostly it's for a cosmetic look too.
