IR should cancel Saharsa-Patna Kosi Express and run this train as Saharsa-Hatia Express. Same rake after reaching Patna at 10.25 departs as 18625 Patna-Hatia Express at 11.40. What is the logic behind running two separate trains ? This adds confusion among passengers. There is no maintenance at Patna Jn for this train. This service pattern is suited for MEMUs but not for this type of express train.
This type service can only prevail in Express, as MEMU cant cover huge distance in a go (200-210 max), which sometimes lead in breaking route, even for MEMU: CNB-ETW & ETW-TDL EMU!!
Same logic may prevail for intercity, for KM or run-time restriction, as this train would gonna have 19 hrs of run-time, with sitting accommodation, which may lead to break its schedule for PNBE!!

Yes ,named by the local people not the official name.
Like this train 13071/13072 howrah jamalpur express and 18183/18184 tata danapur express are called super express but only by local people.

Why not ? If DHN-BBS Garib Rath with 50 kmph avg speed is called Garib Rath then why cannot be it called Super Express despite being a non-sf train ? Atleast people are not being cheated with extra charges like GR.
Please appreciate them who are silent on elevation of passenger train as SF without any TT change.
We in India know very little about many other part of country so such comments are not strange but you know all these trains are high priority train and never shunted with any train whether SF of other.
