Railways should develop maintenance facilities and CDO facilities at PDY.
By this, 22603/04/05/06...Both these trains can be extended till Pondicherry as their RSA partners 16855/56/57/58 starts from PDY, due to which at present the rakes have to run empty from PDY to VM just for maintenance.
