1) A Bihar and UP touching train
2) mainely people who dont get cnf ticket or who cannot afford reservation travels in it
3) AN Unreserved train from mumbai Bounding for UP and Bihar connecting major cities
4) fully pack seasons for mumbai orignating or bounding trains
5) passengers are travelling on their own risk railways have already issued the guidelines that no passenger should travel in these conditions when coaches are full according to their capacity

PS Railway has done its best for the facilities of their passengers but the amount of passengers are increaSing
they cannot gibve xtra coaches to every trains coz the are on full capacity
just see the condition of Kushinagr exp,pushpak exp,mahanagri exp,kamayani exp,pawan exp,godaan exp
these regular trains are over packed and their sleeper coaches are just over flowing....
in ur case its just a jansadharan and these conditions are with each and every trains
railways are not fully responsible for that.....
