16341/16342 Guruvayur-Trivandrum daily Express shall be extended from Thiruvananthapuram to Thoothukkudi via Nagercoil Town ,Tirunelveli and Vanchi Maniachi Bypass for the benefit of the 3 southern District.
Not needed. Trivandrum should be connected well to GUV , not south TN. You already got GUV express
Thiruvananthapuram-Nagercoil 2 sets of passenger services shall be extended to Tirunelveli since Nagercoil-Tirunelveli section is under the control of the Thiruvananthapuram Division.
That can be done but TVC-GUV exp is a dedicated train for them , it's like extending Kovai to PGT . So no extension required for GUV express

Railways will withdraw a few passenger trains between Nagercoil and Kanyakumari. The trains to be withdrawn are Train No. 56527 and 56046 leaving Kanyakumari at 8.35...

Then extended the Cape-Nagercoil passenger services to Tirunelveli/Shenkottai/Thoothukkudi to have good patronage
One of these passengers use Island express rakes...so,for extension new rakes are required.
this is not a passenger train so i think they will change the boards at ncj
For maintainence they move it t ncj same as MQ MV passenger and TPJ MV express
