Shalimar Express/6323 is a vital train as it connect Kerala with West-Bengal; we, passengers will be very thankful if the destination station of the train becomes Howrah(HWH) not Shalimar. 2. Railway catering in Shalimar Express/6323 is very good but the AC first class coaches are not clean. So there are so many cockroaches. Mods, As per the Official website this train runs on Thursdays and Saturdays. Plz correct this @satsk3: Please refer to the reply to a similar query. Departures from Trivandrum are on Tue and Sat, exactly as in the official timetable. Departures from Chennai are on Wed and Sun. Departures from Bhubaneswar are on Thu and Mon. So, the departures are correct at the stations indicated in the title. Thanks. This train must be a super fast train.It also needs all types of coaches. This can be stop at Varkala,Kollam,Kayamkulam,Alappuzha,Ernakulam Junction,Aluva,Thrissur,Palakkad,Coimbatore,Erode,Salem,Jolarpettai, Katpadi,Arakkonam,Chennai,Ongole,Nellore,Guntur,Vijayawada,Machilipatnam, Visakhapatnam,Vijayanagaram,Khurda Road,Bhubaneshwar, Cuttack,Medinipur,Howrah and Shalimar. There is no facilities like taxi stand, bus availability etc , etc in Shalimar Station. So kindly change the Station to Howrah in place of shalimar, so the person going to receive or see-off can reach the place safely. Please arrange.kindly. Wasting public money. Howrah Station is the best to departure & arrival of trains. North Culcuttans are facing conveyance problems. Arrange to do something. Thanks. Chikku, Shambazar. Waste infrastructure created at Shalimar as no trasport facilities available. There is no toilet in Platform of Coimbatore Station, some trains are in midnight. Passengers have to reach station well before departure time to catch the train. Passengers have to go out of the Platform to use the toilet, it may be a problem for passengers who are aged,diabetics patient & female. Hope department will look into this matter.
