Northern Railway has decided to extend the train nos.74001 (1DM) Delhi-Muzfarnagar DEMU upto Haridwar for the period 16.7.2011 to 30.7.2011. 74001 (1DM) Delhi-Muzaffarnagar DEMU departing from Delhi Jn. at 04.55 p.m. and reaching Muzaffarnagar at 08.20 p.m. the same day has been extended to reach Haridwar at 00.20 a.m. the next day. The 74001/74002 (1DM/2DM) will stop at Deoband, Tapari, Roorkee and Jawalapur Road station enroute in the extended portion
