piyushpkb~ 3087 blog postsOpting this train for Baramati does not make sense, rather take a non-stop bus service from Swargate which reaches in just 2.5 hours and are available every 30 minutes.The buses have Comfortable 2*2 seats sans any standing crowd.
Actually this train is majority used by office goers and factory goers near Loni , Hadapsar , Uruli , Kedgaon and daund. So its maximum time average filled up. People board and alight just after travelling 5-10 minutes. ;)
At daund , it gets fully vacant. People take this train because many of them travel for FREE as in General coaches NO checking comes , unless there is some DRM or high official travelling.

considering the quality of roads on Pune-Baramati stretch it is very difficult for any train to compete with the buses here, despite the new buses having an MPS of 60 Kmph :P
