if u want to travel from bsp, apr, sdl, umr etc. to nzm, then book from byt and change the boarding point to above stations,it has two advantages
1.your quota will be general so chances of confirmation is more.
2.the chart will be prepared on previous night so it gives you enough time, unlike u book from given stations where chart is prepared on day of journey from bilaspur.
Such useful info will be a boon to passengers who do not get confirmed tickets, for reasons, whatever.
When travelling in sleeper coach, while booking ticket, give preference to S3. Chances are you may get charging points, bio toilets and a newer coach.
Same applies to 12823
One bad news. The charging points present in all coaches will not be operational from 11:00 pm to 6:00am according to Railway Board guidelines.
Very Clean train.. floor wiped and broomed in the evening, and also in the morning. There are charging points in almost all the coaches. Water available. Toilets clean and well maintained. A few bogies have bio-toilets
Coach with Bio toilet must be S3.
Very dirty and coaches in sleeper
no charging point even not at the end of the coach.
Ya u r correct..bt in terms of speed n timing it sutes to passenger..
If you want to feel the speed of 105 kmph, you can observe between NZM & JHS, and also between BSP to BYT.
Simply ignore the red ones. I am surprised that their home station & nearest station, both didn`t lie on the route. So a wild guess by them. Just feel it yourself by travelling.
IR can not maintaing even speed through out :
1-due to diverse topography
3-unmanned tracks / lack of covering
4-signals delay, open crossings
Yup, you r right. I am not saying this train goes at 105 throughout the stretch. But for some portions, it travels at 105kmph.
Lot of trains do that in IR. Honestly this shouldn't even be a tip.
Useful tip for RFs.......not for common passengers......
It should be useful if u add other point also like condition of coach, punctuality, food, pantry, ac coach attendants......
