Travelled in 15127 Kashi Vishwanath Express on 16/05/2022, Class - 1st AC. My Observations:-

1. Maintainance/Cleanliness - The maintainance of this train is damn good. The train was clean all the way till delhi. (saw 2ac coaches too & they too were spic & span). While boarding you may experience smell of the phenyl (cleaner) (especially when train arrives late from delhi & maintainance is delayed) but it goes away in some time. Washrooms were clean too. Enroute OBHS cleaned the coupe 2 times (video recorded by them too for their records)....

2. Punctuality - It may get a delayed start if pairing train arrives late. We started an hour late from Banaras, maintained same delay till Pratapgarh but reached Lucknow some minutes before. Reached Delhi 15-20 mins late. Till ghaziabad it maintained its schedule. The slow TT helps maintain its schedule. Rating - 4/5

3. Food - No pantry car, so do carry your own food & water. & Especially if you are in 1ac or 2ac, forget food on stations as these coaches don't even get Platforms at stations like Pratapgarh, Lucknow (lucknow, I was shocked too) due to short length. Other stations don't have options. Better to order dinner via ecatering at Lucknow. Rating - None

4. Security - RPF patrolling party is present in train to avoid any untoward incident.

5. Staff behaviour - The staff is polite & is available at bell (in 1ac) & call (in 2ac & 3ac) (mobile nos. posted near doors). Helped some elderly people get down at Lucknow as it was dark and platform was short. Nice.

Overall, if you don't get a seat in Shivganga/BSBS NDLS SF, you can opt for this train. Slow train but good. This train gets its patronage mainly from intermediate stations as it has quite a good no. of stops.
