Yes VM should have atleast 3.5 ACC + 0.5 EC coaches composition .
It should replace non performing 8 coach VBs. , JS and Intercities ..

When I said this, people targeted me by citing my anti BJP stance. But I posted my blog on Loss making VB trains where I mentioned the choice of routes led to the problem
Sometimes I wonder what was the point of introducing this trainset without considering the fact that majority of the people in India wouldn't be able to afford it. I'm not saying they shouldn't have introduced it in the first place but they should have taken everything into consideration before running these trains in the routes where there is low demand for such expensive trains. Or they could have introduced some Janshatabdi or Shatabdi trains instead. It's just my opinion.
Since its daytime journey public still preferring even waitlisted tickets in 2a, 3a of samta exp as its cheaper than VB.
Now they have announced to replaced the 16 coacher rake with 8 coacher rake, so loss have reduced a little bit. Still its loss making

But do you think it would make any difference? I don't think so. It would still run with 30-40% occupancy only. Because I have seen people saying "Itna paisa deke koun jayega, itne mein toh mein do baar aa jaunga."

Despite running at Max MPS highest priority don't think much has improved in time taken since introduction. Why are slacks not yet. Instead extra time for departure and arrival at source and destination added further bringing down avg speed.
