Why is this train being 8 hours late from source everytime without prior information?

Need your help with something. my parents are coming from Chandigard to Delhi tomorrow in afternoon but i see there's waitlisting ticket. could you please give some idea which train has highest chances of confirmation and what's the best option, I already booked train 20978 through confirmtkt app with the waiting of TQWL 33 and 34, I will get the refund it it not confirmed

I don't know which Route SCR / BZA proposed but this second time it rejected by both zones
Might possible because of ongoing redevelopment work at Somnath station.

First time a BG train will pass on newly Gauge converted Mailani Pilibhit section.

Go to train schedule, type train number 05060 and select date 25/04 you will see the complete schedule.. By changing train number and date you can see all other trains schedule.
Elrctrification Between Raniwara And Modran Is Still Going On And Completed By 90% Only
Still 10% Work Is Incomplete
