Mumbai div. 💰 Cost - 812.97 Cr. 🔸 Scope of Works- ▪️ Passengers Platform faces for 6 new platforms of 620 mtr Length each. ▪️ Deck Slab Covering Entire Platform area. ▪️ Reception and Dispatch lines for Goods operation in proposed Goods Yard with facility of reception and dispatch towards Kasara and Karjat direction with simultaneous Reception and dispatch facility on each side. ▪️ Shunting neck of full length each at Igatpuri and CSMT end ▪️ Mechanical Examination facilities on two lines. ▪️ Improvement of Goods shed with modification to its connectivity. ▪️ Circulating area between passengers and Goods Yard. ▪️ One Road Over Bridge parallel to Patri Pull Road Over Bridge (ROB) with landing Towards proposed Station Building and circulating area. ▪️ Provision of 3 New Foot Over Bridge (FOB) connecting Existing Platforms to Proposed Platforms & Beyond and Service Buildings. 🔷 In Progress works: ▪️ Relocation of Affected Service Buildings & Quarters Under Finalization. ▪️ Tender for earthwork and minor bridges has been awarded. ▪️ 15 old goods lines under dismantling process and 70% of dismantling work completed. ▪️ Tender for track work processed. ▪️ Drains, boundary wall, earthwork in progress. 🔷 Entire project is aimed at segregation of long distance and suburban local trains to improve mobility.
